Candye brings a unique background and diverse skill set to her present position in the real estate industry ; from working as a marketing director for an internationally recognized real estate brand. A coach and mentor for aspiring real estate professionals in the 1990s, to navigating (as director) an entire short sale department through the housing crash of the 2000s. Currently operating her own brokerage. Candye has thrived in each and every role. Recently she has received her mortgage license and has joined forces with Rocket Pro to help you not only with your Real Estate needs but now your Mortgage financing and refinancing of your home.
Candye also takes time to network, and to help improve and stay involved in the communities in which she serves. She has served on the Board of Directors for organizations like 100 Women Who Care, Grandmothers Who Help and Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency. Being so active in different parts of the community, she naturally developed a wide network of resources and contacts which she can leverage in different ways to help you throughout your real estate transaction. While most people find moving to be stressful, Candye’s clients boast smooth and seamless transactions, (her client testimonies speak for themselves). She takes the time to listen intensely to what her clients’ ultimate needs and goals are, and then helps them form a specialized strategy to fit their unique circumstances. There will never be any pressure and your line of communication to her will always be open.
She is currently building her Real Estate office as a training hub for new Realtors looking to be trained in a specialty role as an agent while using a specific selling style known as “Ninja Selling”. Her inspirations are to open a few more offices in the Michigan area and continue to building upon her dual roles as both Real estate and Mortgage Broker.

Because of her commitment to operating at a higher standard Candye has completed courses to obtain a top designation as a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute/ GRI® through the REALTORS® Graduate Institute and became a Licensed Broker.
She has earned the SRES® designation, from the Senior Real Estate Specialists® she has a special training to meet the special needs of Maturing Americans.
Candye trained to aquire the knowledge neccesary to have both the Accredited Buyer's Representative /ABR® and Seller Representative Specialist /SRS® designations.
