Step 6: Organize & Prepare to Move
Once an offer on your property has been made and accepted this is a perfect time to begin organizing all of your items for your move. It is also a great time to begin looking and placing offers on a new home. Most seller's will prefer to look at offers with the least amount of conditions to satisfy before a sell can happen. Property owners without a contract can be a big condition to overcome and having a contract accepted on your house makes for your negotiations much easier to navigate.
