Dominique Jones (born December 3, 1994), known professionally as Lil Baby, is an American rapper, singer and songwriter from Atlanta, Georgia. He rose to attention and acclaim in 2017, after he had a quick flurry of mixtapes produced by Nirunthan and Young Thug. when he released his mixtape Perfect Timing. He is best known for his hit singles "My Dawg", "Freestyle", "Yes Indeed", "Drip Too Hard" and "Close Friends", the latter three peaking at number 6, 4 and 28 respectively on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.[2]
