Detroit's premier Latin Jazz group, LL7 Latin Jazz features authentic Afro-Cuban Jazz, New York salsa,authentic Cha-Cha, Mambo and other Latin inspired jazz styles originally pioneered by greats like Poncho Sanchez, Tito Puente and Horace Silver. They also feature Latin Dance styles like Salsa and Cha Cha. LL7 adds energy and excitement to Jazz!

This 7-piece ensemble plays club dates in some of the best-known Detroit jazz clubs, including Baker’sKeyboard Lounge and Cliff Bell’s, and are also followed by Salsa Dance Club enthusiasts. The band has played the Detroit International Jazz Festival, and played the Michigan Jazz Festival 5years in a row, and played the Brantford (Ontario) International Jazz Festival and others in Toledo andPort Huron, MI. Their CD “Motor City Mambo” won a Detroit Music Award in 2016.
