One Year Anniversary in Ypsilanti

The corner of Pearl and Washington Street is one of downtown Ypsilantis' most lively intersections and home to the Hinton Real Estate Group office. This January marks the one year anniversary at 36 North Washington Street, and what a year it has been! Highlighted by many the many positive people and community connections we’ve made. We look forward to more in 2018! 

 It all began with a heart to heart conversation; it was January 2015 and Candye Hinton, her daughter Kayia Robinson, and the other members of The Hinton Team decided; it was time to kick things up a notch- and so “The Hinton Real Estate Group Inc.” was born. Starting off in a one-room office off Grand River in Brighton, Michigan, the goal then much like today, was to provide excellent service to clients and their families. In the quest to do the best job, we experienced tremendous growth, past clients brought repeat business, referrals, and before you knew it space became a challenge- it was time to expand! Following her daughters' love for the Washtenaw County area, the search for the right spot began!  The search moved southward and with a bit of tweaking here and there and a and the Downtown Ypsilanti office turned out to be the right spot! Now there's a team and space large enough to serve both Livingston & Washtenaw County!

The office has a Realtor® on duty daily and encourages people to come in and speak with us about "All Things Real Estate". We can discuss the market and things to expect in the coming year along with the best way to begin if you are thinking about selling, Buying or even investing .
